At first sight, this deviation didn't catch much of my attention, but when I enlarged it the complete impact shot at my face.
I love the expression on the model's face, and the blur around it, though I think the blur effect shouldn't be so strong.
I also think I would like to see his other hand somewhere in the frame, perhaps on the other side of the face.
Choosing b/w here works great - colors would have attracted too much of the attention, and it gives the whole thing a ghostly feel.
On the whole I must say this is a terrific shot and the concept is wonderful. Great job!
