This picture is well taken, but I believe it's missing a 'meaning' to it. The part I love the most about this piece is that red shoes contrast against the blue so much. The colors are amazing like always, but I'm expecting you to push yourself a little more. Have more depth to the picture, a meaning behind it. If your intent was to let the blue surface took like outer space you achieved that. Unfortunately, I'm not getting much from your study other then he's looking up. There is no connection between the audience and how he's feeling.

That really is the biggest thing for me right now, is that the boy isn't connecting with the viewers and I would fix that.

This image really jumped out at me from the thumb. There are a lot of really great things going on here - the perspective and the composition work really well, as does the use of colour.

I especially like the broken pavement as it really adds to the overall image.

I respectfully disagree with the previous comment about the logo on the t-shirt; didn't bother me at all, in fact I wasn't even conscious off it until I read the early critique.

I also respectfully disagree about the subject's attitude - I think it makes the image more interesting. :)

[Don't you just love the subjectivity of photography! :giggle:]

Overall a really solid image, and one to be proud of. :clap:
